in a northeasterly direction through Sections 14, 13, and 12-T74N-R28W to a

through Section 1‑T74N‑R28W, Section 6‑T74N‑R27W, and
Section 1‑T74N‑R28W to a point near the NE Corner said Section 1;
thence northerly following substantially the section line of Sections 31 and 30‑T75N‑R27W
to a point approximately ½ mile south of the NW Corner Section 30‑T75N‑R27W;
thence in a northeasterly, northerly, and northwesterly direction through Sections
30, 19, 18, 7, and 6‑T75N‑R27W to the south corporation line of the

a point near the NE Corner Section 12‑T74N‑R28W; thence north
following substantially the section line to a point approximately ¼ mile south
of the NW Corner Section 30‑T75N‑R27W; thence in a northeasterly,
northerly, and northwesterly direction through Sections 30, 19, 18, 7 and
6-T75N‑R27W to the south corporation line of the City of Winterset
